History:
A rather nomadic clan that travels wherever they're needed, specifically why they're dispersed. Their village was one of a sort of Caravan, offering their medical training and assistance to those in need, as well as any other services like potions and recipes. They're extremely well suited to Medical Jutsu, as well as -some- Lightning. As of now, the Neula Clan rests in the heart of Kagegakure and Samuigakure, as they are the main villages.
Special Training:
The special training of the Neula clan is one that is very rigorous, yet experimental. They are open to new techniques and will open themselves up for any new type of Jutsu that is still in its testing phase. They are not afraid of pain, hence the bold act when creating new experimental medical jutsu. They travel with a 'Sensei' for two things: To gain experience in their Jutsu, and to learn new Jutsu. They are excellent in remembering things they have seen only once, which is why they're the excellent type of medical ninja as well as the tactical ninja. They keep a book full of recipes and such, though the need for it is rather unnecessary. Medical Ninja that come of age will be sent out for an 'Experience' phase, allowing them to adapt to the harsh conditions quickly and perfectly. Once done with this phase, they are accepted as a Medical Ninja and administered out to a village chosen for them. During their training, they are also taught to become immune to any kind of pain, because they will often inflict harm upon themselves with the act of healing another. During the training, the clan member will also be forced to obtain many viruses, deciding whether or not they are fit to become a true Neula. As this goes on, many Neula die from the viruses, and there are many whom become immune. Those who do learn the art of extracting some of the viruses from their own blood to give to another in a harmful way, allowing their blood to become more than just a 'Cure-All', but instead a weapon.
Kekkei Genkai:
The Kekkai Genkai of the Neula Clan is their blood. It can be referred to as a 'Cure-All' for most diseases, if not all. This allows them to effectively stop any dangerous progressing diseases, and poison to an extent. However, their blood cannot be used for fatal wounds or cuts, as well as internal bleeding or any major gash. In extent, they cannot use their blood on themselves, and their blood's effect will drop after continuous use. [ Drop effect meaning the stopping process for a disease will slow, and eventually take over again. If used too much, the blood will render itself useless to an extent. ] For another purpose, their blood is mostly used in their jutsu and medical recipes, and distributed out to the people when needed.
Kekkei Genkai History:
It is believed that their 'Cure-All' blood was a gift given to the people by a God, which sought for their clan to help those in need. Therefore, the legend has been passed down for generations, as well as the morals the God bestowed upon the people at the time. However, this is just a myth and cannot be believed to be exactly true. During the time in which they had been given their gift, it was common to have slaughtered the Neula people for their blood because it could 'Cure' them even without specially added jutsu or herbs. Normally, their blood is used only in an emergency of some sort, or as a fast-acting relief if no herbal medicine had been prepared earlier at the time, as long as the purification jutsu has been performed. The side-effects of using the blood unnecessarily like that of course, will cause dizziness, exhaustion, and even fainting to an extreme degree. It is said that even though the Neula clan has the ability to take away, they can give just as well.
