Mizu no Muchi - Whip of Water Rank: D Element: Water
Mizu no Muchi is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. The ninja can also send an electric current through the whip to electrocute their opponent. The whip will function in the normal fashion, such as allowing the ninja to whip the crap out of little kids.

It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.

It normally has a light elemental background to it. Normally, with the more experience the ninja gets, the more advanced the rank will become. Also, it's possible that mood changes in battle intensifies the element.

Name: Black Rose Thorns Rank: C Element: Mokuton This technique allows the shinobi to sprout three large black wooden thorns from the ground, Each thorn fires into the air with a chakra string attached to each. These do not account for puppets because they have only a single purpose for firing upon your enemy from a distance. The user of the thorns can control the movement of the thorns too a distance of ten feet all around themselves. The thorn bits fire water needles that are linked to the shinobi's chakra, The needles themselves do not require that much chakra, but the jutsu itself is a very long lasting ability.

Suigadan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. The ninja does a string of hand seals to cause a nearby body of water to form a spinning drill towards its target. Unlike the shark projectile, the Fang water projectile has a spinning motion which will knock its target back spinning or tearing at them wildly.

The user has to focus their wind chakra into a sharp slicing force. After the person learns how to create the wind chakra, they can channel it into a weapon that is made to absorb chakra, or just release the chakra in a slash of wind. The slash sends out a wave of wind that is razor sharp, and can cut through most things. This does not take any hand seals to use, but wind is one of the hardest elements to master.

The air carries a concussive trait, which will cause the person hit to skid back a foot or so, possibly even knocking them off balance. If this jutsu is used by someone that is at least two ranks above the opponent, the jutsu is capable of throwing the person off their feet completely. This takes four hand seals to perform, so only takes a couple of seconds.

Name: Banshee's Screech Rank: C Requirements: Wind Manipulation Element: Wind Description: The user channels a fairly large amount of wind chakra to their lungs. They then let out a deafening screech from their throat, which has enough power to knock someone off their feet if caught directly in the midst of it. The screech is just partially visible, looking like waves of sound flying from the user's mouth. This takes a decent amount of control over your chakra to channel to your lungs and then focus the air waves to make it work. The jutsu temporarily will deafen the opponent (like a few rounds), leaving a ringing sound in their ears.

Name: Water Release: Delphinidae Rank: C Requirements: Water source Element: Water Description: Performing the necessary handseals and placing their palm on the surface of the water, the user creates a dolphin, made of chakra and the water itself. The dolphin will retain its form as long as the user supplies chakra to the water, and can attack someone who is submerged. Should the dolphin leap from the water, it would lose its form, becoming a torrent of water still capable of dealing damage to someone standing either atop the water or on land.
Additional dolphins may be created with more chakra, but doing so would require mastery of this technique.

The basic form of all summoning techniques, this jutsu uses a contract, hand seals, and the user's blood to summon an animal from another dimension. As an alternative to the normal hand seals, the same contract that appears on the ground during the summoning can be drawn by hand and activated, producing the same result. The type of animal summoned is determined by the contract. The is used as a signature to make the contract, which can be written on a scroll or , valid. Once summoned, the animal can perform a task or help the user in battle.

This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. Clones can be used in place of the actual person, provided that the clone is the one that performed the technique. This jutsu can't be performed without a sufficiently large body of water to supply the water for it. The jutsu doesn't impede breathing in any way.

The user makes a horizontal lunge at their target,and as the opponent is in mid-air,the user draws water to either side of their body. As the water makes contact to the users body,it rapidly rotates the user as the water itself spirals along with them,creating a water-based torpedo. This jutsu works much like a hurricane,with the exception of it being completely horizontal and much weaker. While using this jutsu,the user can no longer see clearly due to the rapid rotation of their body,nor can the user change direction. This jutsu is usually combined with a solid object such as a blade to add an incision. The jutsu is not capable of dealing severe damage to an opponent,although it might knock them several feet back from where they once stood. The jutsu also proves itself more sufficient under water.

Name: Turtle Retreat Jutsu Rank: C Requirements: Earth Manipulation Element: Earth Description: Fairly simple. The user uses the surrounding earth to create a dome of protection around themself to gain a chance to calm down in the middle of a stressful battle, or a moment's reprieve from an intense showdown. The tricky part is using the right amount of chakra. Using too little will, obviously, leave the dome too brittle and very easy to break. Too much will leave the user trapped inside with no way to get out and severely limited oxygen. Mastering this jutsu requires one to be very aware of their limitations.

This is easily detected by chuunin or high, but Genin could have trouble seeing through it. The one draw back is, once used, the snow melts away, leaving the user in a state of possible hypothermia.

Upon Flickering at first, a hand sign is typically formed to give the explode burst, fusing the fire with air, causing a greater area of effect. This jutsu is difficult to learn, but is not a "Killer Technique", thus the C ranking.

The lightning forms a crescent shape, and travels quickly. Once launched, The shinobi has no control over it, but may use it as their main long distance jutsu.

Name: Octopus Stance Rank: C Requirements: Either direct or indirect descendant of the original Yadokari Clan Branches Element: Water Description: This user of this jutsu must be able to walk on water. When the user performs the correct handseals,small tentacles will emerge from the water surrounding the user. Each one is placed around the user in an attempt as a defense technique. The amount of tentacles that emerge come depend on how much chakra was put into the jutsu,the maximum is eight.
This jutsu can be performed to attack or defend,however,the user cannot move distance wise while performing this jutsu. For the tentacles to move about,the user must do a form of tai-chi. The movements the user makes are usually how the user would fight in normal battles.just at a slower pace. The tentacles can stretch long distances,grab an opponent and fling him to the ground as well as freeze and harden to protect against an attack. When the user of the jutsu stops dancing,the jutsu ends immediately.

Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Shadow Clone Technique Rank: B Element: None
Kage Bunshin is mainly a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Name: Wind Release: Tornado Dragon Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Requirements: Tornado Shot Element: Wind Description: The user manipulates Tornado Shot, using their wind chakra they warp the Tornado into the shape of a Dragon. This Dragon, if it hits, can do some even greater damage. It forms cuts on the opponent when it hits, and due to the force of the blast it can swallow up most weaker jutsus and encompass them in its own destructive power, for example if the opponent uses am Earth Jutsu (D or C rank only), the technique will swallow it up and become an even more powerful force of beastly destruction. This does not work against Fire jutsu. Fire > wind, always.

This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.

This jutsu is usually referred to as the fallen winter wind, for many reasons, most going towards the fact that winters wind usually holds snow. The area turned to snow is directly proportional to the amount of chakra used.

This jutsu only protects from shuriken and kunai, but cannot propel people anywhere. This jutsu has a short time limit and can only be used by someone with a natural affiliation of water.

Ice Release: Ice dragon Rank: A Requirements: Ice has to be present[Dragon-ox-rat] Element: Water + Wind = Ice Description: By performing seals, and then causing the ice around them to allow some change, the user can create dragons erupt from ice int eh surrounding area. The dragon however takes up the ice, and depending on how much ice is how long the dragon is. This dragon will attack the enemy told to. The user will control the creature with his chakra. The dragon doesn't have many skills other then attacking, but one thing it is good at is evading or using other sources of ice to make it longer by going through it.

Name: Fuuinjutsu: Wraith Rank: A Requirements: Fire manipulation, Fuuinjutsu talent Element: Fire Description: Prior to its first use, the user must engineer a seal that determines the form and capacity of an artificial flame being, controlled be the user's chakra. Once the preparation is complete, the user activates the seal and syncs his chakra with the fire element, exhaling a mass of flame and chakra forming a corporeal wraith-like figure. Given its physical form by the chakra composing it, the wraith will lose its consistency once its internal chakra is expended.
Controlled by the user's will, the wraith is capable of striking with its own flaming form as well as exuding a powerful breath attack not unlike the fireball technique. The more active it is, the faster it dissipates due to its limited chakra.
